I got the anti diarrhea meds from our local vet but they didnt help. I’ve tries pumpkin and yogurt and rice. I’ve even tries switching her food which shes had half and half for about a week or two now and I still cant seem to get it under control.

Diarrhea can have many causes and whipworms and giardia are only two of them.  There is also the chance that the giardia and/or the whipworms were not completely cleared up.  It sounds like you have tried pumpkin, yogurt and rice unsuccessfully, but you should be careful with changing the diet too much as changing the diet can also lead to diarrhea.  Given that you have already ruled out some causes, it seems like more diagnostics will likely be necessary or at least a visit to your veterinarian to help confirm that everything is in fact cleared up.  This will probably involve analyzing a fecal sample and potentially other tests such as blood work.  However, your veterinarian should be able to help you find the underlying cause and give the necessary treatment.  For more information about diarrhea in general, I’ve attached an article below.  It goes over many of the things I talked about along with a few other facts about diarrhea.  However, you will notice that the article also recommends going to a vet if the diarrhea is ongoing as yours is:
