My 5 month old cat has been acting strange since yesterday, I found her with blood on her mouth and her fur is dirtier that normal, and her face smells really really bad, also her mouth is like shivering almost, like shaking? I don’t know how to explain it.

Bleeding from the mouth is never normal and should be examined by a veterinarian, especially since it is a kitten.  This could be a sign of a viral infection, especially if your kitten is not current on vaccinations.  See this article on which vaccines your kitten should have received here:  https://www.vetbabble.com/cats/health-cats/vaccinations/

If your kitten is not current on vaccinations, they risk diseases such as Calicivurs which can sometimes cause mouth ulcerations.   The dirt on the coat may be a sign of fleas, especially if you have not given any flea treatments.  For more information on fleas, here is an article:  https://www.vetbabble.com/cats/health-cats/fleas-ticks/

This could also account for the shaking, since fleas are literally blood sucking parasites.  Again, all of these things should be able to be readily ruled out by a veterinarian, so I encourage you to setup an appointment as soon as possible.
