    Is it possible a dog can go in heat 2.5 months after her 1st heat cycle?? She is acting just like the 1st time, hurting and lethargic. Her back 4 nipples are swollen..

Generally, heat cycles are at least 4 months apart.  However, while unusual, they can occur more often:

I don’t know if your dog has been exposed to male intact dogs, but the signs could be consistent with pregnancy:

It could also be something sinister like pyometra which is a medical emergency:

Regardless, it is abnormal to have these signs and it is recommended to see a veterinarian find out what the underlying cause of the symptoms you are seeing are

I would have a veterinary checkup and ensure that everything is okay.
