My cat can’t pee again after catheter. And his bladder is so full again when I checked it. Sadly, there are no vet clinics that is open today. I don’t know what to do.

A cat that is unable to urinate is a medical emergency and needs to be seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible.  For more information on the general conditions, here is an article that gives a general overview:  https://www.vetbabble.com/cats/health-cats/flutd-cat-cant-pee/

There are medications that can potentially help but in many cases, a sedated procedure is necessary to unblock a cat.  Even if you need to drive out of town to find a veterinarian, I strongly encourage you to do so.
