My dog’s name is Bella. She is about eight years old. She doesn’t want to eat, she ate yesterday but nothing now. She was throwing up saliva yesterday. She moves around much and can’t get comfortable. I gave her rice water yesterday and she drank a little. She drinks water and her eyes have something brownish in the white part and her eyes are watery. I can’t take her to the vet and she’s been like that from yesterday.

Bloat or Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus (GDV) is a life-threatening emergency that needs to be treated right away.  For more information about bloat, please read more information here:

This article goes over many of the signs.  It sounds like your dog is able to hold the food down which is a good sign, but you really should see a vet help you confirm or rule it out if at all possible.  There are several other conditions that can have similar symptoms you describe such as pancreatitis which you can read more about here:

Unfortunately, without a trained veterinarian palpating the abdomen and feeling the stomach to see if it is dilated in the case of bloat or painful as is generally done in a physical exam, it is not possible to diagnose online.

A more comprehensive list of illnesses that cause abdominal discomfort is described in this article about vomiting in dogs:

It is definitely worth having a veterinarian examine your dog though as it could be something minor or something very serious.  When a dog is not eating, it is generally important to see the vet.
