Having a dog vomit on its own once is generally not overly concerning.  Vomiting can be caused by many different causes.  This includes toxin ingestion, having a foreign body, a passing bug (bacterial or viral), or a number of other causes.  For more information, check out our article on vomiting here.

However, the fact that your dog is not eating or urinating either is much more concerning.  While it could simply be a passing bug that could resolve on its own.  It is highly recommended to go see a veterinarian and an exam to ensure there isn’t something going on that needs more immediate attention.  In the meantime, you could try some other foods to encourage her to eat such as boiled rice and chicken, trying small amounts to get something into her stomach.
