Hi! So I have a budgie, and it’s feces seems to be green and sometimes a bit liquid. I’ve noticed this for quite a while, is this normal? Based on my knowledge, I’m assuming it is most likely an infection. I’ve had my bird Skye for three years.

There are 3 parts of the droppings that budgies have.  This includes the stool (fecal) component, urate component, and urine component.  The fecal component can be green to brown, which is normal.  However, if the stool and urate are green, it could be a sign of liver disease or other illness and it is recommended to have a veterinarian examine your budgie to make sure it is in good health.  For more information about what the stool in a budgie, here is an article that goes into more detail about bird stool and its components:
