It is always concerning when your cat is not eating and there can be many causes.  Here is an article that goes into more detail:  https://www.vetbabble.com/cats/food-and-diet-cats/help-cat-wont-eat/

In your case, it seems like your cat also has other signs going on, such as the yellow in the eyes and mouth.  This should be examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible in case it is jaundice.  Here is an article discussing jaundice:  https://www.petmd.com/cat/conditions/digestive/c_ct_jaundice

However, without seeing the cat, it is impossible to say exactly what is going on with your cat and a detailed history and thorough physical exam by a veterinarian will hopefully help get you on the right track.

Even with jaundice, it does not let you know what is wrong with the cat but does help a veterinarian find the root cause.  Oftentimes, it can be a result of liver disease.  There will quite possibly be additional tests needed in order to diagnose the root cause of the illness.  This might involve bloodwork, an ultrasound, radiographs, or even hospitalization.  However, it is very important that you get your cat to a veterinarian so they can keep your cat as comfortable as possible and get the right treatments and diagnostics required and work with you to find the best plan for your cat.  Good luck!
