My cat has been constantly sneezing since October. It’s like a mix between a cough and a sneeze. And when she purrs it sounds watery. She is 12 almost 13.

These signs can be from either a primary or secondary cause.  For example, if there is a tooth infection, it cause excess drainage and cause your cat to cough.  It could also be that there are some allergens the cat is being exposed to and causing the caugh/sneeze or a respiratory infection  It could be related to heart disease, or other serious conditions as well.  The best way to narrow this down is going to be to have a veterinarian give a thorough physical exam and see if there are any signs to give clues as to what the underlying cause is.   Here is an article that goes over some of the more common causes of sneezing as well which may be helpful:  https://pets.webmd.com/cats/why-cats-sneeze#1
