Gave frontline to cat 2 weeks ago. still has thousands of bumps and sores on his skin. When will these start to heal? what can I do to help them heal?

It sounds like your cat has some serious skin conditions and should be seen by a veterinarian to get the appropriate therapy.  Either your cat still has fleas and you can just not see them, or the skin is having a reaction to something, possibly fleas or something else.

When fleas bite, they can oftentimes cause reactions and skin issues, even once the skin is gone.  While it may be the flea product, even with the fleas gone, it sounds like your cats skin are likely uncomfortable.  This causes them to scratch and sometimes cause secondary bacterial infections that may need to be treated with antibiotics, immunosuppressive medications such as corticosteroids or other therapies your vet might recommend to help reduce the itching.

Treatments such as medicated shampoos with colloidal oatmeal may be of benefit, but again, it is important to see a vet to make sure your cats skin is comfortable. Especially if it has not gotten better in the last 2 weeks.
