My 750 gram 7 weeks kitten has been having diarrhea for 5 days. Went to the vet on the 3rd day and was told it was not an infection. Was given hills kitten food and some probiotics. But its diarrhea is getting worst, from toothpaste like to watery. What should i do now? What could be the cause? Was told to the vet to bring the kitten there again tomorrow evening but im worried.

It is difficult to know the root cause of your kitten’s diarrhea is as there are many possible causes.  It can range from stress, dietary changes, as well as infectious agents such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, coccidia or number of other causes.  Here is a good article that goes a bit more into diarrhea in kittens that is worth checking out.  As your kitten is so young, I am glad to hear that you are continuing to keep in close contact with your veterinarian to find the root cause and doing your best to ensure your kitten remains healthy.  It is also important to make sure that you continue the treatment prescribed to help rule things out.  Hopefully, your kitten’s health will recover in no time.  Good luck!
