Yes, the parvovirus vaccine is meant to protect against parvovirus.  Sometimes it is given alone to puppies, but more commonly given as a vaccine given as one injection commonly known as DA2PP, DAPP, or DHPP.  This protects against canine distemper, canine adenovirus (sometimes called canine hepatitis which is why it’s sometimes H instead of A or A2 since it’s adenovirus-type2), as well as canine parvovirus, and parainfluenza.
