My dog Chloe who is 6 won’t move form her bed unless we take her out to use the bathroom. She’s also shacking sometimes. She will eat if I bring her food to her or just before we take her out she’ll eat and drink some water. She dosent seem to be limping when she walks, I dont know what’s wrong and I’m worried

There could be a number of problems with Chloe and without seeing a veterinarian and getting a full physical exam and history, it is impossible to say what is wrong online.  It could be that your dog has an infectious disease, ate something toxic, has gastroenteritis, or any number of problems.  It will depend on this history, such as if your dog is vomiting or has diarrhea, how long it has been going on for, if there have been any traumatic injuries recently, etc.  It is not clear Chloe is in pain, but if she is not acting herself, it does sound worrisome.  A physical exam may not be enough to find out what the underlying problem is, but it will at least help rule some things out and you will have a good idea of what diagnostics could be run to help.
